MCNEX held the '2024 Kick-Off Ceremony' on the 2nd at the MCNEX Tower in Songdo, Incheon, with the attendance of its employees. During the ceremony, they conducted an awards ceremony for outstanding employees and long-term service, and commenced the new year’s business for the year of Gapjin (甲辰年).

Welcoming the new year of 2024, Representative Min Dong-wook delivered a New Year's message to the employees, conveying the determination to leap forward anew through seizing opportunities amidst crises by securing technological leadership and enhancing competitiveness.

In his New Year’s address, CEO Min Dong-wook discussed the continuation of a challenging business environment due to high interest rates, high inflation, and low growth, expressing his deep gratitude for the dedication and hard work of the employees who have done their best in their respective positions amidst ongoing global uncertainty. He urged, 'This year, overcoming crises and rebounding should be our top priority, and let's make it a year to lay the groundwork for a new leap.‘

To boost employee morale, MCNEX, which operates various reward systems, has carried out long-term service awards and ceremonies for outstanding employees for the year 2024.

In the awards ceremony, which took place in the new year of Gapjin (甲辰年), awards were presented to 17 recipients of the MCNEX Award (Outstanding Employees), 18 long-term service awardees of 10 years, and 23 long-term service awardees of 5 years. CEO Min Dong-wook personally conveyed his gratitude and encouragement to the attendees and proceeded with the awards.
